What are u gonna do special today? I am gonna go cycling with my kids. Cycling is not something I have been able to do for many years and I am so excited that this journey has given this back to me. Now I can share this love that I have always had with the family I love. you all have a great day too.. do something that you havent been able to before and share it with those that are the most special to you..

I'm not sure i'm doing anything special today but i went food shopping with only one kid that was a real treat for me, we worked out first and for the first time he didn't ask when we were going home, he actually worked out. Hugs, ANDI
