Good morning everyone.. its the start of the weekend and it's beautiful here in sunny so. cal. so we are gonna take the bikes to the park. do some riding and have a picnic lunch. Tommorrow we got a bbq planned and some swimming.. poor andi.. u get all that snow dug out yet.. i do feel for u.. as i sit here in my cycling garb and the ac on...lol.. well hope you all have a great day. Vitamins- done Water- I will get it in with all this riding Food B- egg, cheese and a piece of sauage cals 220 pro 20 L- chicken, peaches, cottage cheese 300 cals -pro 25 D- Steak and veggies- 250 cals- 25 pro S- pretzels and sf ice cream 250 cals.. pro 4 totals 1100 cals for the day Exercising - u guessed it.. going cycling.. burn maybe 500 cals for the day Goal- have a great time with my family doing some fun stuff i couldnt do a year ago.. life is so great.
