On Track Team
Well it's friday and the weekend is coming.. yeah. I have my 9 month follow up with my wls doc today. I am always a month behind. I am sure I am in trouble again. He will tell me to eat more, but I am not sure how. Oh well we will see.

B- protein shake 250 cals 35 pro
L- chicken 150 cals- 23 pro
D- Not sure yet.. meat more than likely 250 cals 24 pro.
S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro.
S- cheese 110 cals 6 pro
totals 860 cals and 90 protein
Goal- my son Bob is out of school today so I have to drag him around with me. So I am gonna have a good day and spend some time with him having fun.

Exercise:
I'm going to attempt to run for 3 miles straight tonight. I'll also walk for 1 mile to warm up. I really, really need to get this running business going strong because my 5K race is coming up in one month. Yikes! I'm scared!
Goal:
Run, run, run! And to stick to my meal plan today.

today is an "odd" day for me, I'm on my "cycle" and feeling rather odd! I keep falling asleep and waking up queasy.

I've gotten down about 24 ounces of fluid, I need to work more on this but i can't when i'm sleeping all the time. I haven't taken my vitamins yet and the thought of pushing them down is giving me the dry heaves.

I make a good nacho reciept.. take chips but them in the bottom of a pan.. put beans and meat on it.. taco seasoned meat.. than cheese.. layer with chips.. beans meat again.. keep doing that 3 high.. put in the oven and bake until melted.. sour cream and gucamole.. yummy great meal.. just cut portions and serve.. yummy.. getting hungry thinking about it
that sounds so good.. kind of like a tostado.. spelling i know.. i make a mean one of those as well.. but i use to hard corn torillas.. beans and salsa between the two to hold it together.. more beans, meat, rice, cheese, sour cream, gucamole letuce, and tomato... and a little more salsa.. yummy a double treat
yes very much a tostado, but for some odd reason we named them sloppy nachos and it stuck! I get freaked out about beans sometimes for some odd reason, I am fine with them in my Wendy's chili but outside of there they start making me wiggly. Although i used to LOVE rice i can't eat but a bite or two now, hardly seems worth the effort! I don't enjoy guacamole but i do enjoy avocado in my sushi, odd, i didn't like sushi before surgery now i crave it like a junkie. I take the rice off and eat the other stuff. Hugs, ANDI
