Hair Loss

Well seeing as we revisited the saggy skin post I thought we'd pull this one out and dust it off too hee hee. My hair loss has slowed down and I even have some tufts sticking up now I have to use almost a whole can of hairspray just to get some of them to stay down and make me look less crazy!! My hair is still incredibly thin, but maybe once the tufts grow a bit more it will begin to look thicker again

My hair loss has slowed as well. I kind of kept mine short to avoid that tuff thing and do it like meg ryan which is messy so no one can tell that its to thin or what have you. with psoriasis I have to keep my scalp covered or they will see the spots so this hair do works for now. I've been thinking about growing it out again.. not sure yet. Since the surgery and new medications my scalp is much better than it use to be and I think I could get away with doing a hairstyle that isnt so messy on my head. Not sure what I will do yet though.. no one here had any ideas for me that day I asked so I am still in limbo. lol... hey maybe I will get a fro...

Yep, that's exactly where mine is hee hee. Maybe we should start a new trend

he he he i've got the stand uppy tuft as well, very bizarre but at least i've got some hair. ANDI

Yep...hair loss has stopped...tufts galore!

My hair loss has stopped and I'm now employing the hairspray technique to get the little spindly things to stay down! My hair was really short when I had surgery and I'm now growing it out. But it's longer than my new hair grow-out so it looks a bit funny if I don't keep some spray on it. And, the texture is all weird on me now too. Deanna

yes, my loss is less than 2 strands a day, that is FINE with me. I have tuffs as well, just call me Kat the Linx now... I am happy I ended up with a 'normal' amount of hair, downright THICK by WLS standards.
