Well its thrusday and we are nearing the weekend. It has been so beautiful here in Cali I hate not being outside. I planted my vegetable garden this week and the kids are checking eat day for growth. I just love the summer and cant wait for it to get a little warmer so we can do some swimming and go sking at the lake. Glad to see so many on track this week. Makes me feel like we are all moving forward. You guys are great. Vitamins- done Water- not a problem with this hot weather. Food- B- protein shake 250 cals- 35 pro S- oatmeal 125 cals- 2 pro L- Chicken 150 cals- 23 pro D- Not sure yet. May have pizza.. if we do I will eat the toppings.. 200 cals- 15 pro. S- pretzels 100 cals- 2 pro totals 825 calories and 77 protein. hmm.. may need to add a piece of cheese to my day. Exercise-- got a busy day for this. meeting with my trainer this morning than going back to do a step class and will do elliptical for 30.. estimated calories burned 1100.. I better eat some more than.. yikes goal- get all my stuff for the doc tommorrow. I see my wls doc tommorrow.. I am always a month behind with him for some reason. so I get my 9 month check at 10 months. Kind of worried.. he always yells at me. Says I dont eat enough. hmm... never thought i would hear someone say I dont eat enough

hey everyone B:starbucks protein shake ( I LOVE THIS RECIPE) S: sf choc pudding L: lean cusine D: not sure , have a work party at an Itaillan place ,so maybe meatballs Exercise : will try to do some on my lunch hour Vitamins: done Water: 20 oz so far and workin on it GOALS: To eat well with co workers and not let them irritate me re:my food ! Go tanning for me ! Hey I bought that bikini I was talkin about ,newport news is having a huge sale ! I got the bikini and shipping for $19.40 total

Vitamins: Done Water: Done Food: B: Protein smoothie S: 1/2 ham/cheese croissant L: chicken tostada S: fruit cup D: some sort of chicken LNS: No sugar added ice cream Exercise: yes, personal training today...new goal to add a day of cardio. Goal: To say under 1200 calories...I have been averaging a 1200 - 1400... Heather, What's the Starbucks protein receipe???

Target - 900-1000 calories 60g protein B - 7:45 - 3/4 cup of Frosted Flakes w/ 6 oz milk (forgot my atkins bar and had to have something..it was in the school lunchroom) L - 10:30 - 4 hotwings, 2 bites of yellow rice, 1 bite yeast roll S- 1:30 - 6 ritz crackers (bad choice) D- Peanut butter and jelly sandwich I couldn't eat but 2/3 of it the jelly was just too much for me this week so I ate a couple of bites of my left McD's chicken sandwich from yesterday and it was just NOT good to me S - Weigh****chers dessert Totals Calories 1192 Carbs 145 Protein 50
