B-7:45 - 10 oz coffee followed by 1/2 atkins protein bar (10g) L- 10:30 - 1 cup crab stew with 6 lowfat ritz crackers (24g) S - 1:30- Weigh****chers lemon snack cake Lapse in Judgment -4:00- McDonald's chicken sandwich only about 1/3 of it but I also ate about 1/3 of the fries (13g) D - 8:00 - Grilled cheese sandwich (10g) Before bed 8 oz milk (8g) Thanks to my McDonald's lapse I totalled 1500 cals today YIKES!!!!!! and 71g of protein with 131g carbs. I was a bit relieved when I started my period last night. At least that does help to understand my craving for that crazy place.
