I need to right a paper of positive behavioral strategies today for some of the people I am working with. Tired of having to explain it a dozen times.. If I write it out maybe it will stick better... problem is it's gonna be at least 8 to 15 pages long.. I wanna complete it today. Wish me luck on this one.. Writing full papers like this make me crazy.. I need a raise..lol.. at least once i write it out I wont have to do it again. At least I hope. You all have a great day.

good luck on that 8-15 page report, keep in mind that after page 2 people generally stop reading a report. I had a boss who said a report should be like a woman's skirt: short enough to keep my attention but long enough to cover the essentials, i've always remembered that. ANDI

very very true.. its not a report but a plan on behaviors..well the first couple of pages will be more like a report but than there will be lots of examples.. hopefully they will read it.. if they dont than its their fault their kids continue to act like fools.. lol

Hey Carla! Do they have watches that calculate your calories burned? I WANT ONE OF THOSE!!!! Vitamins and water: working on it Food: B--leftover lasagna (whole wheat noodles and ground turkey) L--no clue, going out to lunch with my Dad and not sure where we're going yet S--south beach high protein cereal bar D--leftover lasagna S after gym--sugar free pudding cup and south beach cookies Exercise: Spin class tonight at the gym Goal: Get out of this funky mood I'm in. My husband and I got into a big argument this morning over my lack of "desire" if ya know what I mean. I just seem so moody and TIRED! I have an appointment with my primary care doctor tomorrow to discuss my elevated parathyroid hormone levels so I'm going to talk to him about all this. I'm so tired! Ugh! Deanna

This is embarrassing so read this with only one eye ok? My husband and I have very different sexual appetites, i believe that i'm on the ready 24/7 and i believe that he is very much not. The therapist said we have to live by the law of averages. It's based on a scale of 1 through 10, 10 being i'm so horny i can't keep my hands off myself and I fear for farm animals and 1 being i couldn't be any less interested if i tried. So let's say i'm an 8 and my husband is a 4....add those together (12) divide that by the two of us (that's a 6) and anything above a 5 and we're making hot, sweaty snuggle bunnies WOOHOOO! Maybe you need to adopt the law of sexual averages for awhile. Hope this helps. ANDI

That works for me I used to be like you Andi, and hubbie like yours, but since this op, my libido has gone out of the window!! It's beginning to come back now that Spring is around the corner - (hmm maybe I was a rabbit in my former life hee hee). I'll have to try and apply the average rule - mindyou, I might have a job persuading hubbie to agree...*sigh*. I'm hoping when I get my hot new body things will change. He says as he is going to be 50 this year he's too old for 'all that'. I say 'use it or lose it baby' Oh dear, maybe TMI for you all ...if we ever all meet up face to face you'll have to forget all the details I've told you.

My husband turned 40 this year and has NO libido what so ever, it's pathetic and I don't give an owls hooha if you all know it...it's ******g me off something wicked wild. On the other hand i'm pms'ing so everything else is ******g me off something horrific as well, my own breathing is beginning to disturb me! Hugs, ANDI

Vitamins: Not yet but I will Water: Work in progress Food: B: Coffee S: South Beach Protein Cereal Bar L: thin crust pizza S: Yogurt D: ? - going to get a root canal so something soft! Exercise: Not today - But ladies I use a heart rate monitor everytime I work out. The strap goes around you and the watch picks up and monitors your heart rate. It is GREAT! It tells you how long you are in your target zone and tracks your calories burned and how long you worked out. I LOVE it...keeps me honest and sometimes when I feel like quitting I will look down and try to beat my previous workout... Goal: Not to snack after 9:00pm...last night a bowl of "no sugar added" ice cream and then popcorn.
