ok for dinner I had a stuffed scallop shell that was stuffed with seafood, it was phenomenal and i didn't have any other snacks i just sipped diet carrot/orange snapple drink....i thought that would be nasty but it was rather tasty actually! Hugs, ANDI today i've got two job interviews, we'll see how it goes for eating. Do you eat before hand and risk having to piddle/fart during an interview (i'd rather poke my eye out) or do you eat after and be starving so you make poor choices? ANDI

Def eat after but make a plan beforehand so you know what you are going to eat. What are the job interviews for?

Thanks, Deanna; My stuffed peppers/ meatballs Red and green peppers I used ground beef, ground chicken and ground pork 1 egg I added garlic salt and Monterey steak seasoning chopped onions , garlic, red pepper, green pepper and shredded carrots... some basil and oregano... (I used hot peppers from my garden) we like spicy food... cut the tops off the peppers and saved them , cleaned out the seeds stuffed the mixture in the peppers put the top back on... (I also used some precooked rice in a few(mixed in with the meat) for the family ) then I put them in the crock pot with some sauce I made from tomato sauce mixed with chipotle sauce with sun dried tomatoes, peppers onions and garlic, one night I made it with potatoes for my family and last night I put more tomato sauce on it topped it with cheese, I used the three cheese Italian from sargentos (sp) and micro waved it until done and served pasta for the family on the side.
