On Track Team
Saturday is here. It's grandma's day so I will be out at the ranch doing the horse thing. It's a beautiful weekend in Cali so looking forward to doing some gardening and other things. You guys have a great weekend.

B- sausage mc muffin from mcD's with no bread
L- shredded beef, beans
D- Chicken

S- sf ice cream tonight
Exercise- riding horses so that will be enough I think
Goal- To enjoy the day with family.
B - oatmeal cruch cereal with pecans
L - tuna in tortilla wrap with cheese
D - fish & veg
Have been desperate for snacks today, grrr. I hate when my body craves things when my head know its' not hungry.
Exercise - digging in the garden, pulling up the winter weeds! Can't wait to put up Millies trampoline in the garden as this year I'll not be too heavy to go on it and can get bouncing the weight off!! It's coming out of the shed at Easter.
I've found a line dancing class that my friends are keen to go so I may start that on Tuesday. Should be a great laugh and good exercise getting me moving for 2 1/2 hours.

Fluids: working on it but nowhere near enough
B'Fast: 10 merengue cookies- 40 calories, 2 grams of protein
Lunch: small Wendy's Chili, i need to look up the properties of this
Snack: beef with bbq sauce (the "Bone Sucking Sauce has 5g of sugar only)

my goal today is live a carb free day. We walked the mall today which was cool, my daughter got her first haircut (gosh she looks cute)

D: Taking SO to dinner for B-day at a steak/seafood restuarant...then to a new local brewery.
Exercise: Not the traditional kind...but there will be plenty of "activity" if you all know what I mean...
Goal: To stay sober...I get buzzed so quick!
