On Track Team
Morning all.. Well its friday.. I am always off on fridays cause I work 4-10's. i love it but i always see to have a lot to do on my day off so I need to get on track.. have a plan and get a move on on my weekend.. by the way Deanna.. I have had that terrible heartburn thing since yesterday morning. I dont know what I did to get it.. its not as bad as other times but I am getting tire of the pain in my chest right now. I'm gonna go get some meat tenderizer and see if that will help. lol.. you all ready
vitamins- done
water- havent even started but I will get it done
Food
B- protein shake 250 cals- 35 pro
S- cheese 110 cal 5 pro
L- Chicken I think 150 cals 23 pro
D- chicken and veggies 200 cals- 23 pro
S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pr
totals 810 cals 88 protein
hmm.. a little low again.. but i dont eat much during this time of the month..
Exercise- 40 minutes elliptical and strenght trainning today.. cal burned 600.
Goal- no snacking.. I had some sf candy and I have be nibbling on them.. than i saw the calories.. yikes.. each one was 40 calories each.. no more of those for me..
Oh no, Carla! I hope your "heartburn" feeling goes away! That is so miserable! Have you tried drinking something hot to see if that helps?

L--1/2 whole wheat pita (ham, cheese)
S--not sure yet, maybe half an apple with some peanut butter
D--taco salad made with ground turkey
S after gym--sugar free pudding and south beach cookies
Exercise:
Tonight I am going to do some strength training and run for 2-3 miles.
Goal:
Run, run, run! I took a break for a week from running while I was sick so now I need to get back with the program. My 5K run is only a month away so I need to get with the program!

I drank my protein drink but i made it hot this morning to see if it would help. I havent eaten yet today cause I just dont feel all that great.. cramps and heartburn.. yuck.. its still there but it does seem a little better.. heading to the gym now.. sometimes working out gets rid of it too.. i will see.. still havent done any fluids either not good.. I beter get on the ball.. slept most of my morning..
