Hello everyone, how has your week been?
Last week ~ 177 (but shot back upto 185 the next day & then went upto 188 at one point!!! )
This week ~ 183
I've been stuck at this weight since early December, but now realise that when I do finally get lower, it will feel SOOOOOOOOOOO good and well worth the wait & hard work. Thanks for all your encouragement everyone
do you weigh yourself every day? I haven't pooped since Monday, I'm so afraid to get on the scale I could cry! I've got the bloated belly and I feel gross. I've got so much colace in my i'm beginning to wonder if at some point, there could be a HazMat Andi Spill! This is probably tmi but really i'm so flustered i can't stand being me today, i've upped the water, the veggies, the fiber stuff, the fruit i'm not sure what else to take but I could sure use a plumber about now! ANDI

Yes, very sadly I admit I weigh every day, often more. I know it's not good, and should lay off them for a while. Maybe I'll send them on vacation, they could do with a break, having me jump on and off them 24/7 can't be fun for them!! Do you think they would enjoy the bahamas?

34 lbs to goal! I want to hit my goal by June 30th! Do you think that is doable? I hope so! I have to fit into a bridesmaid dress! When I ordered it in Oct, I got it 1 size too small. Right now I can put it on, but can barely breathe! Cross your fingers. I am really worrried about fitting into the dress.
Well its that time of the month for me so I am not expecting much. I did manage to loose one pound though so I am happy with that. I had lost another one but it came back yesterday.

I weight twice a day. before I go to bed and when I get up. For some reason I want to see what I loose in my sleep every night.. I know I'm weird. I need to weigh often to keep me on track. If I didnt I know I would go crazier than I already am.

I also weigh twice a day and sometimes more! I do mine first thing in the morning and then at night before bed and get discouraged then!!

Andi----I feel for you! I hate when I get like that!! I had to have a pap test done a couple months ago,and I was so stuffed up.....the Dr. told me I needed to have a good poop!!!! Very embarassing!!!
I weigh in officially on Tuesday at my weekly TOPS meeting. I had been sick all weekend so I had a big loss that night. According to my scale, I think I'm back up a pound since then but I started my cycle yesterday too. Ugh!
Last week: 175.50
This week: 172.00
Loss this week: 3.50
Total loss: 135.25 pounds
Hopefully I can keep the weight off that came off while I was sick. I'm soooooo wanting to get into the 160s!!!
