GRRRR... good morning all.. can you see how my day is gonna be. Just started my u know so the scale went the wrong way this morning. I just hate that. Got another journey in to LA so that sucks being me. Guess you gotta see the traffic and know the area to understand where I have to go.. not such a great place to hang out if you know what I mean. You all remember the Rodney King riots.. yeap.. i drive right through that area.. not so great.. Than this lady has now canceled.. guess I should be happy but it just means I cant do two calls at once and will need to drive out again.. grrrrrrrrr.. so lets get to this before i grrrr my way through the day. Have a good day all.. will see you all tonight...grrrr... Vitamins- done Water- will work on it.. i actually carry an ice chest on these trips with water and my lunch.. dont want to stop anywhere down there. Food- B- Protein shake 250 cal- 35 pro S- banana 100 cal- 2 pro L- can of chicken --150 cal-24 pro D- Asada meat- 200 cals- 23 pro S- pretzels 100 cal- 2 pro S- cheese 110 cals- 5 pro 910 cals and 91 protein for the day. Exercise- elliptical tonight 40 minutes, step class tonight and will do strength training on my legs. Calories burned will be 900. Probably more not counting strenght trainning. Goal... to not let this PMS ruin my day. Think happy thoughts.

Vitamins - done Fluids - getting there, shouldnt' be a problem Food - B - protein shake 100cals 30 grms L - protein shake 100cals 30 grms D - homemade chilli 1/2 cup Exercise - will do 30 minutes rowing tonight. Saw on a tv program that it burns up 00 cals per hour so that shoudl account for 350cals against my intake. Those scales have got to move this week

ha ha - that should be 700 cals per hour not 00 per hour. Not worth doing for zero calories By the way, is it just as beneficial doing 2 x 15 minutes as it is doing 30 minutes? I did 15 mins earlier, and plan to do more later.

I would think it still counts but continuous would be better keeps that cardio going for a while. but yes.. it still counts.. I do elliptical for 10 minutes before i do strenght training with my trainer than I go back and do 30 to 40 more on the elliptical. I count it all. Yeah.. i dont think i would waste my time doing it if i got 00 calories burned for my effort either. lol

I'm having a really bad eating day today and truth be told I'm not sure why. I actually know why but i'm not sure why i'm going back to my old ways. My friend had a miscarriage yesterday and it's bringing back all the old pain and feelings and for some reason I am eating through it because I don't know what to say to her to ease her pain. I remember that pain so well as if it were yesterday and yet I'm powerless to help her. OY! I went to the gym today and I've got to go back for my yoga class. I'm hoping my hsuband gets home soon so I can go. Hugs, ANDI

vitamins in water working on it... not very well b=nothing L=chicken and 2 cheese cubs D=more chicken s= s/f apple fritter bite took my first golf lesson...YUCK! why would he tell me I need to stand like a quarter back.....I dont even like football...LOL
