Ruth - I have to laugh and then cry because I am in the same boat...snails unite! I was wondering about he malabsoptive portion of this too - I was really hoping I would drop into Onederland by now. the one thing that has helped is this - look at old pictures of yourself. I looked at yours and let me tell you - you are not only slimmer but you look younger too! Each time I complain about my weight stall ( the scale hasnt moved since Feb 1st) my hubby says I look better than ever! Good man! so go ahead and look at yourself, because you look great! ( and you arent alone!!!) KAthryn

I would have to say that it is what you eat as much as how much you eat. for me. I am on the other end, (please do not cyber slap me) and eating my heart out to stay stable. I have not 'moved' for months. it is microscopically moving down, and I am eating as much candy as I am protein. so despite my best efforts, I am not gaining, losing, or anything. I think that we just hit a 'spot' that is 'it' 7 months out for me. the really great news for me is that I stopped loosing all my hair. FINALLY! Kat Some people are like Slinkies - not really good for anything, but you still can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs. 275/144 then/now
