All right all you lurkers and hiders... its time to get back on track again. This I will just ignore this and than I wont be accountable crap has got to stop. Last week we made great progress.. I think we all lost something so lets keep it going.. Vitamins- done Water- working on it and will get it in today.. Food B- protein drink-250 cal-35 pro S- banana (i am craving one today) 90 cals- 2 pro L- chicken 200 cals- 20 pro D- chicken again with some veggies 250 cals-23 pro S- not sure yet.. maybe a piece of cheese or those darn pretzels i love. 100 cals- ? pro Been trying to eat about a thousand cals a day so that puts me at 980 cals and 80 protein Exercise- got a date with my trainer and I know I am in big trouble. Last thrusday she was working out and I decided I would be her trainer.. I kicked her butt. She is a little pudgy and hates to work her abs so I worked them big time.. she was dying on Friday.. I loved it.. but she said.. Pay back is a (well you know).. yeah.. I'm a little scared but I need to get back in the gym.. feeling sluggish today.. I have a cardio step class tonight as well.. should get my exercise on today. Goal- To do some reflection on my life today and look at the positives...

B:south beach meal replacement bar 220 cal ,19gr pro L:gonna go to grocery store and get a south beach lunch thingy D:chicken breast 200 cal,20gr protein S:jello sugar free carmel de leche {yummo}60 cals, 1gr protein water: doin 20 oz now and will get it in vitamins :done exercise:30 mins on treadmill or bike ride with ryno ( maybe both) LETS GET ER DONE Y'ALL!

water getting in (struggle) Vitamins in Bk= cheese/ fruit and yep! Coffee with mice milk L=beef vendelu (sp) and cheese and fruit S=protein chips Exercise stairs up and down... (taking golfing lessons this week)

My pouch is working so great for me still. After 2 weeks of feeling I never had the surgery..the past two weeks have been almost like being fresh out of surgery again WEIRD, I know. FOOD B-7:30ish 10 oz of decaf coffee followed by Atkins Bar 11g L- 10:30 - 3" inch subway sandwich (left overs ) chicken bacon ranch and 3 or 4 baked lays (18g) S- don't really want anything (probablysome pintos n' cheese from taco bell on my way to support group at about 4:30) 10g D- 8:00ish -going to support group tonight (from 6:00 - 7:00) so gonna take advantage of being in Savannah and go out to eat. Probably Red Lobster! EXERCISE - Going to support group so won't have time to go to the gym today.

Vitamins: Forgot them at home...oops! Water: Working on it...1/2 way done Food: B: Yogurt / Coffee S: Grapes (1 cup) L: Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup (1 cup) S: South Beach Cereal Bar, I think D: No idea...will be going out so I vow to try to make a good choice. Exercise: Not today...went hiking yesterday though...personal training tomorrow Goal: To decrease my fat intake and increase my protein.
