Sunday... our weekend is almost over.. Didnt see on track yesterday so lets get back to it today.. Vitamins- done Fluids- need to work on that today.. kind so had a hard time while I was gone getting it in. So today I will get it done. Food- B- egg and cheese omelete L- piece of chicken D- Chicken again. S- cheese S- banana Exercise gonna go play racketball and do the ellipitical today. I missed working out the last two days so I need to go. Goal- enjoy my kids, my family and my life...I missed them while I was gone.

Well, I have been sick with the flu since I got up this morning. If I'm not sitting on the toilet, I'm hanging into it with dry heaves. This has not been a fun day! Needless to say, I have not taken any vitamins. I'm not even half way done with my water. The only thing I have eaten is 3 saltine crackers. And no exercise. Unless you count the abdominal workout I've gotten from having major dry heaves! My goal: No more throwing up. No more diarrhea. Try to get some more water in. Ugh, what a day! Deanna

Crazy day. We had a funeral today, our schedule was a bit off. B-9:45 I fixed 3/4 cup Special K ProteinPlus w/ 1 cup milk but I was only able to get down about 1/2 of it. L- 1:00went out to eat..One fried chicken leg (minus the skin) and several pieces of fried zucchini (south georgia, need I say more) D - 7:30 - I had a gift certificate for a footlong sub from subway. I got the chicken bacon ranch and had them cut it into 4 pieces and I got the baked lays. I ate 1 of 1/4 pieces and about 4 chips.
