Update on Chrissy

Hey all.. I'm back... Well Chrissy is about the same. She is breathing more on her own and has opened her eyes a couple of times. None when I was there. They cant operate on the anerisium so it is continuing to bleed but is slowing. The prognosis is about the same, but the doctors say that the brain is still a mystery so we wont know the final outcome anytime soon. Her parents are going to be moving to vegas to be with her and I was glad to see her and them. They promised to keep me informed of any changes. It's been 16 days so she has beat the odds on staying alive. they said she wouldnt make it 48 hours but so far she has proved them wrong. It's sad to say but as more info has come to light it shows that Chrissy has not been doing what she needed to do to stay healthy and this happened because of what she was doing. She hadnt been talking her hypertension medication for a year, hadnt been to the doc to get it re-filled. She was working 60 hours a week and eating very poorly. She has also gained even more weight and is way overweight. The docs say this all contributed to this happening. I just wanna smack her and say what the hell do you think you're doing. But nothing can be done now but hope she survives and has some quality of life when and if she wakes up.
