On Track Team

Well it's friday and we are heading to the weekend. I'm leaving today to head up to vegas again so someone cover the on track tommorrow for me please. I'm not to sure about my menu as I will be traveling but I know I will be mindful of the protein first thing. So lets stay one track today. I wanted to say you guys are doing a great job staying on track and it's really showing now in the weekly weights. I'm so proud of you guys and keep it up.. love you all so much.. Vitamins- done Water- Working on it. Food B- Protein shake S- banana L- chicken breast S- cheese D- Not sure but some protein Exercise- Wont be doing any today or tommorrow.. I get my remecade treatment this morning and it usually wipes me out for a day. Been hurting a bit this week from the arthritisis. I took a step class night and it almost got comical trying to lift the knees on that step.. but I made it through.. Goal- to have a safe trip to vegas and see my friend. I need to remember to stay on track while I am there. Vegas has a ton of food and its easy to loose yourself there. Send some prayers my friends way if you get a chance. See you soon.

Food Plan B- 10 oz decaf coffee followed by a few bites of cheese grits and 1/2 slice toast L- South beac chicken wraps S-atkins bar w/ a little milk D- not sure Planning to go out tonight. Exercise - Hoping to go out tonight so maybe I'll dance dance dance. Mandy

sorry to say shopping and cleaning house is my only excercise today.... I have been hurting too, I have osteoarthritis and scoliosis and ostopina (sp) and have been in lots of pain so far I had coffee (thats a given) (with protein milk) some cheese and protein chips and not sure what is for dinner? vitamins in and working on fluids have a safe trip and wonderful weekend

Carla, good luck in Vegas! Please let us know how Chrisy is doing. Vitamins and water: no problems Food: B--insides out of a leftover carnita burrito S--light yogurt L--1/2 whole wheat pita with ham, cheese, light ranch (toasted), 1/2 apple S--special K protein plus cereal with skim milk, string cheese D--crustless quiche, salad S after gym--sugar free pudding and south beach cookies Exercise: Going to the gym tonight to run 3 miles, walk 1 mile. I'm hoping my knee will let me do this! Goal: Make it through the day without pulling my hair out! My son is grating on my every last nerve. I love him to pieces, but today is ONE OF THOSE DAYS!
