I've got an appointment with the nutritionist this morning, I'm taking my children out to lunch then the movies and i'm going to go work out then go to dance class this evening. Good plan

thanks doll, I think the key for me in life is to go in with a plan. I'm really quite anal retentive so when I plan something I actually feel better, more in control and that is always a good thing. ANDI
