Well we are almost there.. one more day till the weekend begins. So lets finish up the week with a bang.. Tommorrow is weigh in day so lets give it our all today. Vitamins- done Fluids- starting off good today and will get them in. Food B- protein drink 250 cals- 35 gr pro S- oatmeal 150 cals- 7 gr pro L- going to lunch with a friend but she has wls too so we always do well.. probably have some chicken - 200 cals-20 gr pro D- Chicken again with cheese 200 cals- 20 gr protein S- Maybe a south beach cookie pack or pretzels- 100 cals-4 gr pro 900 cals with 82 grams of protein. Exercise- 30 minutes on elliptical and 1 hour step class should burn about 800 cals tonight. Goal- going shopping with my friend.. she loves this.. last week she got all my 12, 10 pants.. She like helping me pick them out cause she knows she gets my clothes when Im done with them.. So my goal.. dont over spend.. i just think this is my transference thing.. i love to shop now.. and I get kind of crazy with it.

Food B-10 oz decaf coffee w/ 2 oz ff milk followed by Atkins Bar 13g L- forgot my lunch so I had chicken nuggets from the lunchroom - could only get down 3 (my pouch is working :D :D :D) 2 bites of yeast roll, and 1 bite mashed potatoes 7g S- I plan to have a few mixed nuts 7g D-chicken casserole most likely depends on how much i eat but probably around 20g S- hmmmm probably a pbj sandwich 1 slice bread w/ 1tbl spoon peanut butter and 1 teaspoon jelly with 8 oz milk 15g This should put me right under 1000 calories and a little over 60 g of protein. Exercise - this is kind of a touchy situation. When I joined the gym I signed a year's contract and paid 4 months in advance. They were supposed to start drafting from my checking account February 1st. No draft has yet to be made. I don't want to rejoin, because money is so tight and I think I am finally capable of ding The Firm on my own now. So I don't want to go by there, scan my card and cause them to start the draft. LOL so I'm gonna do my own thing at home and hope the oversight continues. If they do start the draft I'll start going back.

ok so I joined the gym yesterday and actually went for the first time YAY! Eating today is a mixed bag...I'm not hungry, i'm very hungry, i want to eat everything and nothing, that could be a depressing day starting: B'Fast: 12 mini rice cakes Snack: cup of decaf coffee Lunch: 2 jalapeno poppers and a few bites of the innards of a chicken enchilada which was actually better then i thought it would be but i was full from the friend jalapeno popper which did have cheddar cheese in them....all together unhealthy but really in the grand scheme of things not SO bad!

honey this body is doing all it can this week to survive, start cheerleading next week, this week y ou need to cheer the effort! ANDI
