On Track Team
Hump day here we go. Well I survived my long trainning day in LA and even made it to the gym for some cardio on the elliptical machine. I also did ok at eating but I know I didnt drink enough..Im still thristy today. So I need to get my fluids in today and continue to stay one track with my eating.
Vitamins- done
Fluids- already working on that.. I am thristy today
Food
B- protein shake-250 cals- 35 g pro
S- Oatmeal -150 cals 7 g pro
L- Steak- 240 cals 23 g pro
D- Chicken 4oz and veggies 250 cal 23 pro
S- not sure yet.. still craving pretzels or will have some sf ice cream 100 cals- 1 g pro
almost 1000 calories with 84 grams of protein for the day
Exercise- ellipitical for 30 and meeting with my very mean trainer..
Goal- I need to get more fluids in today. I feel very thristy.

Fluids slow start today
Food
B- 7:45 Drank 4 oz of milk then used remaining 4 oz (lunchroom milk carton :D) in 3/4 cup of Special K Protein Plus Cereal 18g
L - Stouffers Southwestern Panini a whopping 360 cals and 24 g of protein (but I don't eat but about 3/4 of it so I guess that would be 270 cals and 18g)
S - I have an Atkins bar with me 11g
D - not sure I bought a few groceries yesterday so we'll see.
S - not sure but I will definately have something during American Idol (probably one of my Smart Ones desserts or something like that w/ some milk)
Planning to hit the gym today, but we'll how my cycle is rendering me!
