On Track Team
Wow the party went great, but i had a terrible eating day. we had chips and salsa and i ate them all day.. very bad.. there wasnt anything for me to eat so i ate a ton of cheese.. hmm.. i grazed all day.. bad bad bad.. time to get on track today.. PS will be posting about party later with pics on profile.. will let you know when I get them in.
Vitamins- done
Water- not a problem
Food-
B- grandma stayed the night so we are taking her to IHOP. i will get an egg and some bacon.
L- chicken
D- chicken
S- cheese
Exercise- workout at home..
Goal- rest from the madness last week and get back on track.. i've been a bad girl
Vitamins: done
B'fast: salmon and cucumbers with guava sauce
Lunch: a slice of sf pudding pie but now it's making me vomit, i've never eaten the whole slice before and because today i did i don't feel real well
fluids: nto going well i keep barfing!

ps. my legs hurt so bad from water aerobics i'd gnaw them off if i could.
Vitamins and water: no problems
Food:
before gym: 1/2 slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter
after gym: 1 egg with cheese, Danon Light & Fit yogurt
lunch: 1/2 whole wheat pita with ham, cheese, light ranch (toasted), 1/2 banana with peanut butter
snack: 3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
dinner: DeLite low carb pizza, salad
Exercise:
I actually got my behind out of bed early this morning to go to the gym when it first opened. I ran for 2.25 miles and walked for 1 mile. It was funny to see all the "hermits" that come to the gym at odd hours!
Goal:
Get some extra rest today. I feel like I'm coming down with a cold so I might go get some Zicam and nip this in the bud!
