On Track Team
Well another busy day for me. So I am off to start preping ofr the kids sweet sixteen.. they grow so fast dont they.. you guys have a great weekend

D- what ever I can find.. the food we have catered is mexican
S- cheese
Exercise- none today.. just running around
Goal- to get through this day and see easier ones after this
snack1: n/a i ate an early lunch so i'll double up on snacks somewhere
Lunch: salad and a mini tuna can 18 grams of protein YAY

** i made an awesome chocolate pudding pie using the graham cracker crumbs, splenda and margarine, all three kids loved it which is unusual the middle kid hates fake sugar products. It was heaven made iwth sugar free chocoalte pudding and fat free milk**
ok so i spent an hour in the pool with my kids today doing water aerobics and aqua jogging. I got out of the pool a ravenous mad dog.
Snack 1a: 1 ounce of mixed nuts and a bag of soy chips
Snack 2: 2 cheese sticks
Dinner: 1 ounce of chicken with 2 tablespoons of gravy and 1/4 cup of orzo which i didn't eat the whole thing
I'm sure i could have cut out the orzo, soy chips and the second cheese stick but BOY was I hungry.
I didn't do a great job of getting in the fluids, I'll work on that because i'm going to the gym to work out while my husband gets to go in the pool. My eyes are killing me from the chlorine and i can't get the smell out of my hair and i've showered twice, I'm wondering if tomato juice or vinegar will help or is that only on skunk stink?
Day two of Andi isn't eating as badly didn't go too bad! I need to make the salmon for breakfast because i've been really wanting it, unless i have a salad with some cottage cheese...we'll see what tomorrow brings me!
Hey Andi! GREAT job for exercising today! You did awesome! Don't you hate how your eyes sting after being in the pool? My eyelids always burn when I put lotion on after the pool. Ouch!
And every day when I go to the gym, I am STARVING afterwards! It's like my body is desperate to refuel or something. It's hard not to chow down afterwards for me!

B--1 egg scrambled with cheese, Danon Light & Fit yogurt
L--1/2 whole wheat pita with ham and cheese and a squirt of light Ranch (toasted), 1/2 apple
S--protein bar
D--taco meat
S--sugar free pudding, south beach cookies
Exercise:
Last night I ran 3 miles and walked 1 mile. My legs are so tired today! So I'm taking the day off from the gym. But we are working on remodeling our kitchen so we'll be painting and installing new Formica. I don't think I need any extra exercise today! Tomorrow I'm planning on running again.
Goal:
Weekends are tough for me cuz I tend to graze ... so my goal is NO GRAZING! Moo, moo!
