On Track Team
Well its friday and I have another big day ahead of me. Dentist appointment, doc appointment, trainer appointment. get stuff for angies party tommorrow, jessies horse back riding lesson, than my son is in a play tonight.. how will i get this all in.. oh and i gotta finish making tags for angies party tommorrow.. now.. thats a schedule of things to do.. ouch..
As far as our team here.. you guys are doing great.. I see more ppl participating working on getting back on track. I'm so happy to see it. I broke down last night and ate pretzels but I think I needed some food.. i went to the gym and did a step class and the elliptical for 30 minutes.. when I got home I just needed something in my stomach. I should of made a better choice but I think my body wanted those carbs or something. So I will have a better day today I hope.

Exercise- meeting my trainer today and doing ellipitical as always..
Goal- To survive the next two days.. they are gonna be crazy... and to get my fluids and right food in.

B--1 egg omlette (1 egg, sprinkle of bacon bits, cheese), part of a plum
S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt
L--leftover meatloaf made with ground turkey, 1/2 apple
S--Fiber One bar, string cheese
D--leftover chicken enchilada "insides"
S after gym--sugar free pudding, south beach cookies
Exercise:
Tonight is my 3 mile run on the treadmill at the gym. Not sure if I'm looking forward to it, or dreading it!
Goal:
Stick to the meal plan for the day. And to go grocery shopping tonight and not buy any junk! I need to stay on top of planning healthy meals!

ok ok ok you made me feel guilty about the fact that i'm eating nonsense all day so here goes for today:

ps::::::::: my daughter found a dress at sears of all places and it's beautiful,of course it was the very last store we went too. The dress is a pretty watermelon color and best of all she looked great in it and it stays with in the pagent guide lines!
Lunch: a large decaf iced coffee and a low fat cheesestick 9 gr protein ** i think i need to eat more thoug because i'm HUNGRY but i'm having a large dinner so i'm wondering if i can save the hunger and have an early dinner...this remains to be seen!
Dinner: roasted chicken, green beans, acorn squash
Snack: I want sugar free chocolate pudding when i get home from belly dancing, we'll see if i even eat it!
i need to get the fluids in and take my vitamins but then i'm good to go i think! If i don't make a poop soon i'm going to explode or you'll all know i'm full of sh*t!

Yeah i am Dee but i have to tell you the colace isn't working that well. It takes like 24 hours to work then i run to the bathroom most of the morning. On the other hand, I just went and I lost a pound so AMEN for colace and it's inconvenience. If i eat anymore fiber i'm going to bulk up i just know it. Hugs, ANDI
