Well its friday and I have another big day ahead of me. Dentist appointment, doc appointment, trainer appointment. get stuff for angies party tommorrow, jessies horse back riding lesson, than my son is in a play tonight.. how will i get this all in.. oh and i gotta finish making tags for angies party tommorrow.. now.. thats a schedule of things to do.. ouch.. As far as our team here.. you guys are doing great.. I see more ppl participating working on getting back on track. I'm so happy to see it. I broke down last night and ate pretzels but I think I needed some food.. i went to the gym and did a step class and the elliptical for 30 minutes.. when I got home I just needed something in my stomach. I should of made a better choice but I think my body wanted those carbs or something. So I will have a better day today I hope. Vitamins.. done water- working on it. Food b-protein drink S- banana L- piece of chicken S- cheese D- I have no idea.. as you can see what a day.. probably chicken.. Exercise- meeting my trainer today and doing ellipitical as always.. Goal- To survive the next two days.. they are gonna be crazy... and to get my fluids and right food in.

Woweee, Carla! That is a busy day for you! Good luck with that! Vitamins and water: no problems Food: B--1 egg omlette (1 egg, sprinkle of bacon bits, cheese), part of a plum S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt L--leftover meatloaf made with ground turkey, 1/2 apple S--Fiber One bar, string cheese D--leftover chicken enchilada "insides" S after gym--sugar free pudding, south beach cookies Exercise: Tonight is my 3 mile run on the treadmill at the gym. Not sure if I'm looking forward to it, or dreading it! Goal: Stick to the meal plan for the day. And to go grocery shopping tonight and not buy any junk! I need to stay on top of planning healthy meals! Deanna

ok ok ok you made me feel guilty about the fact that i'm eating nonsense all day so here goes for today: Vitamins: not yet but i'll get those down, it's not a problem B'fast: (1) cup of salad & (3) ounces of tuna fish w/asian dressing spray 15 g protein Snack (1) cup of salad & (3) ounces of tuna fish w/asian dressing spray 15g protein Lunch Dinner Snack Exercise: going belly dancing tonight for an hour Goal: get in my fluids and stick with the no carb diet and see if the scale moves, this weekend i'm going to get moving even if i need to cop a one week gym membership somewhere. LND : ended up being 1/2 of a bourbon street steak with 3 bites of potatoes pre breakfast : coffee B:ham and cheese roll up L:a chick salad or a sandwich D: chicken or steak w broccli vitamins : done water: workin on it exercise: at least a 1/2 hr on treadmill ps::::::::: my daughter found a dress at sears of all places and it's beautiful,of course it was the very last store we went too. The dress is a pretty watermelon color and best of all she looked great in it and it stays with in the pagent guide lines!

Lunch: a large decaf iced coffee and a low fat cheesestick 9 gr protein ** i think i need to eat more thoug because i'm HUNGRY but i'm having a large dinner so i'm wondering if i can save the hunger and have an early dinner...this remains to be seen! Dinner: roasted chicken, green beans, acorn squash Snack: I want sugar free chocolate pudding when i get home from belly dancing, we'll see if i even eat it! i need to get the fluids in and take my vitamins but then i'm good to go i think! If i don't make a poop soon i'm going to explode or you'll all know i'm full of sh*t! Andi

Yeah i am Dee but i have to tell you the colace isn't working that well. It takes like 24 hours to work then i run to the bathroom most of the morning. On the other hand, I just went and I lost a pound so AMEN for colace and it's inconvenience. If i eat anymore fiber i'm going to bulk up i just know it. Hugs, ANDI

Coffee with protein milk handful of nuts Wendy's chili (small) D (protein chips with 3 ham slices (luncheon meat) and 1 cheese stick Have not been getting my fluids in and got another bladder infection for being dehydrated.... Vitamins in Really need to work on fluids.
