So we are getting so close to our 1 year surgery aniversary. What goal would u like to accomplish by your aniversary? I would like to reach 135. I am at 143 now so I need to loose 8 more pounds to get there. I think I can do it but those dreaded stalls can take their toll. I would like to get a new wardrobe to celebrate. And of course I want to see you all in Las Vegas to celebrate all the success we have had as a group.

I really want to reach the 100 pound mark by my anniversay... but I am at 73 down now.... That is probably unrealistic... but I would LOVE to be there. It is about 11 weeks away. Hmmmm maybe I could do it...... but I have just had some major stalls too that I don't know if I could do it. OK maybe it's too much.... but I really want it... my goal is to be at -100 by May 8th- which means.... I need to loose 28 pounds from now until then. I can do it! Right? Can I? Maybe I should be more realistic... what do you think? Kristen

I think you can do it if you get on track get that protein in and work your tool. you would need to loose a little more than 2 pounds a week. gotta bring it now..

I'd like to get down to 120 by may 9th or at least a size 6 in shorts. I'm stuck at 152 now and im 3lbs away from the 100lb mark, so I need to moove my a$$!

I had a goal of 145, that is never going to happen as I am 175, and the weight is comming off sooooooooooooo slow! So anything less than the week before is my kinda goal....LOL

I want to get to my goal of 150. Right now I am at 189. So that is 39 more lbs. i hope I can do it. As of lately, I'm not sure. I feel like I have been here for 2 months. I want to weigh 175 by my b-day of March 7th, but it doesn't look like it.

One of the rules in my breaking emotional eating book is not to set weight loss goals by a date, we set ourselves up for failure so my goal will be a bit different! 1. I want to see you all in Vegas in May! I am so bummed that airfare went up $100 pp this week from Columbus, hopefully it will go back down. (my friend at work & I have been pricing it every day) I want to have better upper body strength and lose 5 more pounds by May 1st. Dar
