WOW moment

Yesterday I went to my 8th grade sons wrestling meet. My sophmore son came with me. The lady taking money asked how many and students/adults. I said my son is in high school if that counts towards student even at the middle school? Her next question was and you? It took me a little while to realize she was asking me if I was a student. She said because they give discounts to college students too!! Of course my son said "oh great, now I'll never hear the end of this - she's my MOM"!! I told the lady that she just made my day (I'm 41)! And now, this may be TMI but, it will be good for a laugh... this just about makes up for the first grey pubic hair I found last week! I had a mini emotional breakdown

u can be a student at 41 but isnt it wonderful to fill young and free again.. I refuse to comment on the gray pubic hair.. i'm 46 (as I hold a bottle of hair dye in my hands).... lol... congrats on your wow moment.

Great wow moment!! Don't ever let your son forget it. Mindyou, I bet he is so proud of you even if he doesn't admit it. Oh I'm so glad someone else went through the same thing as I did a few months ago. My dh didn't get why I was so upset over it! Obviously a girl thing. Question is, did you pluck or leave???? I suppose I have to look on the bright side - before WLS I wouldn't have been able to see that far down so wouldn't have known til they were all grey Oh sorry TMI moment.

i'm proud to say the girls in my nether region are holding their own, now why is it that they won't leave en masse like the ones on my head did, it'd save on waxing for the summer? Have a great day, ANDI

I agree with that.. when I was able to see it again I discovered the gray thing happening.. not to happy with it but I got a lot of gray on my head to so I kind of figured it would be about the same. lol.. i tell my kids they gave me every gray hair I have on my head.. wonder who gave me the ones below..lol

I have to say that yes, I agree it is better to be able to see the grey than a extra roll of fat! And the answer to pluck or leave...I had to seriously think about it but opted with the leave choice
