I pledge
I know we are all struggling here to get to the end.. many say this is the toughest time because we have all come so far. many of us never dieting this long in our life and we are so successful that we get a kind of fever... we wanna keep loosing but we are so tired of this diet thing.. its time we accept that this is not a diet but a way of life for us. there is no going back... we have come to far to fail now. so I am prepared to make a pledge right here and now. to support us as a group to the end... to be there for u and myself to make that difference in each of our lives... to be honest and open with each of you about who I am and what makes me the person I am. I need your help... i need your support to be there for me.. to help me through this journey and be a stronger person... can we all work together in this goal. We are our own support group.
I commit to
1. I will provide a support group question on my turn as needed. I will do the first question starting tommorrow.
2. I agree to read and respond to each question honestly. to respond to each of u honestly and give support in any way I can.
3. I agree to participate in the on track team board each day whether i am succeeding or failing.
4. I agree to be part of our special group to help search for the answers that will make us each and everyone be successful.
you have set yourself some very lofty goals, I wish you luck with them all. I promise i'll participate to the best of my abilities as long as I feel I can be supportive to others. Part of giving Andi support through is being brutally honest, many don't like that, it's unfortunate because I won't change my ways to suit others needs! I will get to goal, it may be kicking and screaming but OH will i be there!
1. I vow to try again if i feel i've failed
2. I vow to stop cursing like I have turrett's syndrom (in my head only) when one of you reaches goal before me
3. I vow to make you laugh because it's what i do
4. I vow to keep on dancing because it's what i do for me
5. I vow to eat more because that seems to be the key to me losing weight (go figure that nonsense out)
6. I vow to live more in the moment and not worry what tomorrow brings, it'll have it's own turn when it arrives.
