On Track Team
The weekend.. yeah.. but we still need to stay on track.. I've been eating good I thought but I seem to be gaining weight.. I guess the weight i lost last week was too good to be true.. I am not sure why but I am up a pound today and I thought I did ok yesterday. Have lost anything since last friday so go figure.. it's very frustrating to say the least.
Vitamins- done
Water- will get it done
Food-
B- protein drink (250)
S- cheese (150)
L- southbeach dinner thing (300 cals)
D- Porkchops and veggies (300 cals)
S- hope to eat nothing.. cals are starting to get up there..
1000 for the day
Exercise- off to grandma's to go horseback riding will do exercises at home tonight
Goal- to re evaluate what I'm doing to see why I am gaining weight..
Water and vitamins: no problems
Food:
B--1/2 slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter, Danon Light & Fit yogurt
L--1/2 whole wheat pita with ham and cheese inside, 1/2 apple
S--3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
D--I'm making beef stroganoff in the crockpot so I'll eat the beef part and no noodles for me!
S--south beach cookies
Exercise:
I ran 3 miles at the gym last night and my legs and butt are so sore today! Today is my day off. I'm hoping to find someplace to run outdoors tomorrow though.
Goal:
No grazing today ... weekends are especially hard for me.
