Plateau Buster
I read this on the April 06 board if you are frustrated at your plateau and interested in this: someones nutricianist recommended it to them and she lost 10lbs in a month as it got her moving off the plateau she'd been on...not sure if I could stick to it now though
Go back to basics, i.e. just clear liquids for 3 days - SF popsicles, broth, etc.
Then for the next three days add 1 protein a day.
So that gives a total of 6 days on this.
If anyone tries it, let me know if it works
