Great job! I also signed up to run a 5K race in April ... I can't wait! It sounds like we have similar goals!
I'm also running for about 30 minutes or about 3 miles at a time. Never in my life did I think I'd be able to do that! I'd love to be able to run a half marathon some day soon so that is why I'm starting with the 5K ... ease on into it!

Better late than never on my response eh. I love your new pic by the way.
I am trying to run on the treadmill. I have mostly been walking uphill, walking super fast but then I added in 1- 2 minutes of running a couple times in my 20-30 min. treadmill workout and it kills me and I have to way slow down but it is getting easier. It is interesting that you said after you get past the 5 minutes that it is better... maybe I need to just do it longer on each time. Your explanation was super helpful.
