Friday.. thank God it's friday.. so lets start the weekend off right..
Vitamins- done
Water- will get it in.
Food-
B- protein drink
S- cheese
L- chicken
D- pork chop
S- I am gonna try and not have those pretzels.. grr... lets see if i have any will power in this area.. i will have some sf jello instead
Exercise- meeting the trainer so u know she will kill me again today.
Goal- to relax some today... been a long week for me and I am tired. this is my day without the kids or anyone to bug me so hopefully I wont have to run around all day doing choirs.

You should take some time to do something totally fun just for you while you have some time alone. Paint your toes or take a bath! Relax and enjoy your time!

B--1 egg scrambled with bacon bits and cheese
S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt
L--no clue, need to hit the grocery store!
S--south beach high protein cereal bar
D--no clue, grocery store again!
S after gym--sugar free pudding cup and south beach cookies
Exercise:
Today is my 3 mile run at the gym. I'm not really looking forward to it but I put some new songs on my mp3 player so hopefully that will get me going!
Goal:
Grocery shop! I need to stock up on healthy things ... I'm running out of meal ideas and I'm getting bored with food!
