It's hump day so we need to get through it.. I see many of you not posting to this thread each day because you feel you are not doing well. Well folks.. thats why we have this thread.. to help us get back on track and continue on our journey to success. I see you all here on other threads but not here.. come on down and put your stuff down.. We could all use a little motivation right now. It's been 9 months and I know we are tired of the same old things.. we are exploring new things, but this is a lifestyle change we all agreed too. Lets work together to stay on track.. i wanna hear from more of u today... even if it's bad, put it down. accountablity may be something we dont want to hear right now, but it is something we all need. Vitamins- done Water- working on it 20 oz so far Food B- protein shake S- half a banana L- chicken breast D- more chicken S- pretzels bout 900 calories right on track Exercise- off day at the gym so I will work out at home. Goal- Gonna have a busy day at work today so my goal will be to get through it without stressing out, overeating and to get all my fluids in.

Yesterday was another bad day for me...Thats 3 days this week that I've been over 1000 calories. Just a couple of months ago I could barely get in 800 calories. GGRRRRR.... Today is going to be rough to because I know my schedule is going to be crazy. B- coffee L-hot wings w/ ranch dip S- atkins bar D- School program tonight so we'll eat out afterwards...I have no clue where so I'll do the best I can when we get there. Exercise - I plan to go to the gym today but with my back pains and cramps from PMS and the horibble headache and fatigue from possible sickness spread by my precious little 3rd graders I just don't know if I'll make it. Goal - make it through the day alive!!! Seriously, to get in all my fluids (at least that one seems possible). Mandy

B: hot tea,2 mini mr. goodbars and cottage cheese double L:small sandwich D:chicken ala whatever or chicken salad snack choclate covered strawberry h20: workin on it vitamins:doin it now exercise:30 mins on treadmill at least

I got one hotwing down and now I feel horribly naseaus...so bad when the assistant principal came and sat down at our faculty lunch table he wanted to know what was wrong with me. I guess my face was green...lol I'm not sure if its b/c of the grease from it or b/c of the sickness going around the school

I cant do a lot of things I use to love to eat. Hot wings and bbq ribs are another also anything thats two greasy.. I dump on them .. I hope you are feeling better soon.. take care.

Hi Mandy! Hope you're feeling better! I can't eat anything hot and spicy ... makes me sick to my stomach and I get that "green around the gills" look to me too. Yuck! Deanna

I had (3) hard pretzels for snack today and now i have to go lie down i feel like i'm going to vomit which would be better then feeling like pigeon poop i guess! Hugs, ANDI. I make hot wings with skinless/boneless chicken thighs or breasts, they are lovely, the sauce i what i crave not the chicken! Hugs, ANDI

Yesterday was a bad day! Bad, bad, bad! Not only did my husband give me chocolates, which I sent back to work with him. But then he came home with a slice of cheesecake. UGH!!! Is he trying to sabotage me? I asked him that and I think it helped him see what he was doing. Water and vitamins: no problems Food: B--1 egg scrambled with a bit of melted cheese S before gym--Danon Light & Fit yogurt L--1/2 tuna sandwich, 1/2 apple S--south beach high protein cereal bar, plum D--leftover slice of low-carb pizza, small salad S--south beach cookies Exercise: Last night I did a Spin class and she worked us extra hard so my legs are screaming today! BUT, I am about to leave for the gym where I'll do 30 minutes on the elliptical and I'll probably run for 1 mile. Goal: Get the last of this Valentine junk out of the house ... I need to hide the kids candy, thankfully it's all the cheapo icky stuff that I don't really care for. But I don't want it in my face either! So, I'm determined to clean my kitchen out today and make sure there is nothing there to tempt me! Deanna

Vitamins: Done Water: Working on it...I struggle so Food: B: Soy crisps, coffee S: Roasted Edamame L: Lasagna/salad D: ? No exercise today Goal: Going to watch a friend sing at a local restuarant/bar so my goal is to only have one glass of wine and stay away from the fried appetizer's.
