Well I seem to have managed to get myself back on track since that bad day I had on Sunday, but I am so busy at work and with family things I have had a hard time getting in the snacks I am suppose to do. Yesterdays dentist trip..yikes.. ended up getting 3 more teeth worked on and caps replaced.. than the temp broke and I had to go back. I had a fever as a child and it caused the enamel to stop growing so I have a lot of caps in my mouth. but my dentist makes sure I keep them and they look good.. so with that said its time for our on track day. Vits- done Water- working on it Food B- protein drink S- cheese L- what ever I can grab.. probably chicken. My kids have doc appoints today. D- chicken and asparagus S- pretzels.. what else.. Exercise- meeting my trainner so she can kill me again..lol.. gotta love it. Goal- to have a nice valentines day.. happy valentines day everyone..

Bad day for me again yesterday. I got almost 80g of protein in AND more than 64 oz fluids BUT I consumed 1500 calories (damn chex mix and reese cup AGAIN). and with today being Valentine's Day things are looking pretty bad (though I have managed to resist temptation thus far). Vitamins - no problem Fluids - working on it Food - B - Atkins Bar - 11g L - Special K Protein Plus Cereal (1 cup w/ 1 cup milk) 20g S - no clue (Valentine's Party for the class I've eyed a mini cup cake but I'm desperately going to try to stay away from it) D - Not sure --it is not good to not have a plan ---- maybe some crab stew Goal - Stay away from chex mix and chocolate! Its not fair PMS and Valentine's Day together should be illegal! Mandy

Vitamins and water: no problems Food: B--1/2 slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter, a small plum, 1 piece Valentines candy S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt L--1/2 tuna sandwich, 1/2 an apple S--4 whole wheat Ritz, 1 slice Kraft cheese singles D--slice of DeLite low-carb pizza from Papa Murphys, small salad S after gym--pudding cup and south beach cookies Exercise: Spin class at the gym tonight! Goal: NO MORE Valentines Candy! I hate that it even entered my house!!! Ugh! Deanna

Breakfast: 1 Valentine candy, 1 oz pience of chicken breast Lunch:small turkey sandwich Dinner: steak and tiny baked potato vitamins: doin it now water:almost a 40oz exercise :I hope I get my but on that treadmill tonight
