On Track Team
Well I'm back to work.. did a good job of staying on track yesterday.. how did u all do.. sound off..
Vitamins- done
Water- working on it..
Food-
B- nothing npo for doc appointment
L-Chicken 3 oz.
S- protein shake.. one i missed in the morning
D- More chicken..my other half only eats chicken..lol
S- pretzels
Exercise- I tried that stupid treadmill.. yuck.. i hate it.. will do exercises at home tonight..
Goal- to get a good report from my doc today... my yearly physical is due.. yeah..
Yesterday ended up being not so great for me. I took in over 1400 calories. I was in schock when I finished Fitday for yesterday (dang reese's cups and chex mix and PMS!) I did get in 71 grams of protein and made it to the gym.
Today is a new day!
Vitamins - no problem
Fluids - working on it..so far 10 oz of coffee and 6 oz of caffeine free diet soda (a no-no I know but I've a slight upset stomach and that always did the trick preop...this is my non-flat soda and I'm drinking it very very slow)
Food -
B- coffee followed by 1/2 atkins bar (10g)
L- Stouffer's Panini 350 calories and 20g protein and YUMMY (hopefully i'll have an appetite)
S - other 1/2 of atkins bar (9g)
D - mom's cooking dinner tonight so i'm not sure what we're having but I'll be eating protein first :D
Exercise - I did 20 minutes on the treadmill yesterday and 10 on the elliptical (my first time) I plan to do 20 on the elliptical today followed 40 on the treadmill.
Goal - say no to my PMS cravings...

I did really well yesterday sticking to my plan! Although I gave up my healthy "after gym snack" for a couple bites of chocolate cake! But I only ate the couple bites and that was it. So I was pleased with that. Plus, I put in 60 minutes in Spin class so I earned it, right? Hee, hee!
Tuesday:
Vitamins and water: no problems
Food:
B--3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
S before gym--4 whole wheat Ritz crackers with peanut butter
L--1/2 tuna sandwich, 1/2 apple
S--not sure yet, probably protein bar
D--pork chop, green beans
Exercise:
I'm on my way out the door to go to the gym again ... will do 20 minutes on the elliptical and then run for 2 miles on the treadmill. Oh joy!
Goal:
Stick to my meal plan for the day and get that exercise in! And to not buy any Valentines candy when I go to the store today!

Well, yesterday was a busy day didn't eat much... (got in a few bits of fish, 1 baby carrot and a few bites of the inside of a taco bell chicken burrito) oh yea, 1 dove s/f chocolate... did not get the fluids in I needed, but did get my vitamins in)... I went horseback riding for 2 hrs good inner thigh workout and some hiking/waking with my son...
Today
Flying to Vegas
Ate ½ ham/cheese omelet with some fruit getting ready to take vitamins.... And so tired not adjusting well to time change....
Prob wont eat again until dinner
