Monday--On Track Team
Hi everyone! Carla, I hope you don't mind that I got this post started today. I NEED IT BAD!!! I was a bad girl over the weekend. My husband and I went to the movies on a date and I ate popcorn and some peanut M&Ms. Ugh! But, today is a NEW DAY! I need a major kick in the butt so I can get this body in gear!
Vitamins and water: no problems here
Food:
B--3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
S--1/2 slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter
L--1/2 a ham and cheese sandwich, 1/2 an apple
S--4 whole wheat Ritz with 1 slice Kraft cheese singles
D--taco meat, cheese, dollop of sour cream, lettuce
S after gym--south beach cookies and sugar free pudding cup
Total calories: 1090
Exercise:
I will be taking a 60 minute Spin class tonight! Woo hoo!
Goal: No grazing, no grazing, no grazing! And to stick to my meal plan for today!

L -10:30- South Beach Diet Turkey Bacon Wraps and 2/3 of a Dole mandarin orange fruit cup

S - 5:00 - not sure probably graham cracker square w/ peanut butter and cheese
D - 7:30ish no clue yet
Not a problem.. i was bad yesterday too.. I never do this but I did yesterday.. One of my favorite things is Chetos.. well yesterday at my mother in laws they had some cheto balls .. i must of at 30 of them.. i just hate myself today.. it showed on the scale too.. i gained a pound.. yikes.. I have been so good not eating anything I'm not suppose to and yesterday I didnt.. I cant do that again.. so today I am on track...

Exercise- elipitcial for 40 minutes and meeting with trainner. tonight i go back for a step class..
Goal- I will stay on track today.. no more eating things I shouldnt eat.
