1. Patiently helped Millie with her piano practice and came up with an inspired way to help her on a difficult bit 2. Looked good in a pair of jeans & hair looked nice 3. Started to teach Millie to knit! (I've been putting it off as I don't have much patience usually!!)

What a great idea.. ok lets see.. 1. Wore a nice outfit to my inlaws and saw ppl I hadnt seen in a couple of years.. I got a lot of wows and you look so great.. 2. helped my mother in law set up her pc.. she is always messing that thing up...lol 3. told all my kids how much I love them today and how proud I was of them for being good with all the people over at the house today..

1) i ran a wls support group and people said i did really well (last night) 2) i choked down a salad and chicken for lunch but it's not sitting so well...do i still get points for healthy eating even if i fear it'll be making a return trip momentarily? 3) I have beverages galore at my desk and i'm sipping them all!
