Well its Saturday but we need to stay on track everyday.. Vitamins- done Water-- working on it Food- B- Going to IHOP so may get an egg with some sausage L- 3oz chicken S- cheese D- more chicken and veggies Exercise- gonna go do some cardio today at least the eliptical Goal- go grocery shopping and buy healthy choices for the whole family...

Hi Carla! Oooooh, I love IHOP! Yum! I miss their pancakes! Vitamins and water: no problems Food: B--3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk, 1/2 slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter L--leftover Lean Cuisine pizza from dinner last night (only ate half) S--don't know yet D--chicken casserole S--south beach cookies Exercise: I ran 3 miles at the gym last night!!!!! I did it, I did it! My knees are really tired today so today is my day off! I worked out every single day during the week so I deserve a day off! Whew! Goal: My husband and I got a babysitter so we're going to the movies tonight ... my goal is to not eat any popcorn! I'm smuggling my south beach cookies in with me instead. Now, if I can only stay away from the popcorn!!! Deanna

WOOHOOO Date night here too! The kids were deported down to my moms so we get a night out and we get some romantic action AMEN! We are meeting a few friends for an evening at Dave & Busters, that should be alot of fun. I just realized i'm not sure if i've gotten in any of my liquids today but that could account for why i feel so dragged out tired! I'll get in my vitamins now so I don't have to say i didn't get them in! The eating is down hill but it's ok i'll get back on track. I didn't have breakfast but i did have lobster bisque for lunch with two slices of fresh made italian bread and extra virgin olive oil....i've been puking it up all afternoon, so i'm not sure how much i've actually gotten to process and i've had three ritz crackers which seem to have made the puking stop. It's a learning curve for me and i'm still learning. ANDI

I had the weirdest eating thing yesterday. So i had the lunch that didn't agree with me. We were walking the mall because we arrived early and my husband and I split a package of nuts, i had 7-10 macadamias (a high fat nut) and he had the rest, about an hour and a half later i had (3) fried mushrooms (damned if they weren't the best food i've had since that first scrambled egg after surgery) then i was stuffed, full to capacity couldn't get down a thing. My husband/friends were like that can't be it you didn't eat anything i said i know but nothing will go down without coming right back up and that's not fun for any of us. We are walking around Dave & Busters playing games, shooting pool, playing skeeball and the big giant claw thingy it was so much fun. I get stomach pains so violent and nasty that i'm like WOW this can't be good. Get to the bathroom and thankfully for once there was no line. Got rid of whatever was making me feel very not well and felt great the rest of the night. We got our nosh on about 1:00am and I ate really well and feel fine this morning. Odd things happen on date night! Thankfully we had already "done the deed" in the afternoon prior to going or else i'd have been out cold during the deed and the husband just thinks that's pathetic. Maybe that grease in the fried mushrooms didnt agree with u.. I get sick from grease as well.. I tell you this tool keeps me in line.. any time I eat something I shouldn't it reminds me its there and will pay me back.. sometimes its a pain but its a good pain.. Sleeping through "the deed" is never a good thing.. been there done that myself..lol.. glad you had a great time and you were able to get over the little dump thing so quickly.
