excercise high

I think Im on a exercise high! I havent lost a single pound ( losing like a snail these days)in the past week but I am sooo HAPPY! I love working out, love the challenge and imagining my body losing fat and pounds. Im crazy I think, but I always post when Im feeling sad or sorry for myself so I just wanted to post something positive! you're doing great... u know with exercise we retain fluid as the muscles get (in a sense) injured.. they hold the water to help them repair.. so when they are ready they let the flood gates open and u just start dropping.. i just went through that this week.. i started exercising at the begining of January and have only lost a pound since than.. than this week.. whoot.. my body caught up and i dropped 4 pounds.. you will see it.. it will come.. just keep doing what your doing..

Good for YOU Kathryn!!!! Isn't it amazing? I love going to the gym! I used to dread any form of exercise and now I love pushing myself to see how sweaty I can get! I'm so excited for you ... you will be all toned and muscular and you will love it! Deanna

Hey Kathryn (you know it's cool to finally find someone else who spells it this way like my sister - very rare and special, just like the girls with the name ) Anyway, what exercise do you do? I find it so boring, even though I do like the feeling I get afterwards.
