OK everyone is doing so Great!!! Keep up the good job!!
Vits-done except my Iron-Why are all the others so easy & this one I dread??
Water-I don't usually do well in the a.m. so 23 oz but I kick it up in the evening & usually end up with between 45-64oz. I have coffee w/protein powder in the a.m. its so filling.
Food:
B-protein coffee
LB-1pk of quaker weight control oatmeal w/splenda
S-handful of cashews
L-Southbeach turkey bacon wrap
S-cheese stick w/4 whole wheat ritz crackers
D-not sure yet I have a meeting tonight -they usually provide meat/cheese tray so I think I will be ok.
Exercise- I am not doing this right now due to the fact I have a hernia-The Dr said it was ok to exercise but I work in the medical field & several people(nurse friends) say no way!!! even the lady at curves was like so I put a hold on my acct & haven't done anything in 3 wks!!I miss my exercise!! But it is just too cold to walk & I am to scare to do any strength stuff. I go for the ct scan of the hernia tomorrow night!!So it will be next week before I know any results.
Goal-to get through my meeting tonight without yawning
