B--scrambled egg with some bacon bits sprinkled in, grapes
L--1/2 tuna sandwich, 1/2 an apple
S--don't know yet
D--taco salad
I am having an "off" eating day. Nothing sounds good and I need to go to the grocery store again. Ugh! I'm sure I'll eat something else in there somewhere but I don't know what yet.
Exercise: I went to my Spin class last night and they added an extra track so I really sweated my butt off last night! My knee is a bit sore this morning and it's "that time of the month" and really heavy (sorry for TMI) so today I really, really don't want to go to the gym. I know, I'm making excuses! I really need to go and just do 30 minutes on the elliptical if nothing else. Maybe I'll get motivated! I feel VERY guilty if I don't go!

Hi Carla!
No, I haven't tried icing my knee yet. So far it's just making a slight popping sound but it's not real sore.
But I did get my butt in gear and forced myself to go to the gym today. I did the elliptical for 20 minutes and then I ran for 1.50 miles. Not too shabby! Tomorrow is my "big running" day on the treadmill so I wanted to save up some energy for that!

I am burying my post in here simply because i've been doing horribly! Today i had (3) hershey's kisses, (3) pretzel rods, 1.5 ounces of teriyaki beef jerky (not too bad), (10) sushi rolls and a piece of garlic bread *YUM* and the odds are that i'll have a sugar free fudge pop around 9:00. I just realized at 6:53pm EST that i have not had anything to drink all day and i sucked down a 16.9 ounce propel water and a 20ounce decaf coffee BUT i did take my vitamins, i know i did because my piddle is neon green which means i've got vitamin B all up and through me. well its a start.. I will just bug u everyday to get u on track little miss andi... so there.. portein would be a good thing.. what u think.. i see some jerky and sushi.. I think that protein.. dont eat that stuff.. are u even eating enough.. what kind of calories is that.. I'm not even sure.. see how i am just analizing this whole post for everything.. where is the exercise.. go do some belly dancing in your room.. get that body moving girl.. there is always tommorrow...
Good night nurse, you're a post troll! Oh I know what i am supposed to be doing I'm just not doing it today. I've got to have SOME protein in there, the beef jerky has like 18 grams in it, the sushi was tuna so that has to be like 5-6 grams each and uhhh i think the pretzels and chocolate have like uhhhh 3 grams all together and with the ice cream i'll have like 30 grams in me, maybe i'll suck down a 20 gram shake. I have no real idea what the calories are but i guess i need to rethink my eating. There is no exercise today unless you count going up and down the stairs to do laundry! Hugs, A
I've always wanted to post on this thread but never have cause I don't think too far ahead when it comes to meals...I know I am bad but I kinda just wing it. But I am gonna try it.

L - I think I will get Wendy's chili - although I would rather eat Italian (the dreaded carb monster is calling my name) - I usually eat out for lunch so it's tempting to be bad!
D- Today is my 15th wedding anniversay so we will be going out. Maybe sushi...maybe mexican.
LNS: usually a Slim Bear No Sugar Added Ice cream of some sort.

yeah... sometimes its hard to plan ahead but I have found that i do better when I do. I have a different set up at work.. My office is actually in a house that used to be used for people living on the campus.. I have a full kitchen, living room etc. and I am pretty much here all day by myself.. so with that said.. i plan my meals for the whole week.. I eat my breakfast and lunch here.. I even have a george forman, stove and microwave here that I cook my meat, chicken and what ever on.. I know.. im terrible.. but i love it..
With four kids I have to be a planner of food.. if I dont i never have what i need to cook dinner at night so I plan out all my meals for them too.. in fact.. i have a schedule on the fridge of what they get for breakfast each morning and the snack they can have when they get home. kids are not creative and will eat the same thing everyday if you dont give them ideas how to mix it up.
