On Track Team
So how is the on track thread helping you all out. I dont know whats going on with me but I seem to be loosing some weight lately. I increased my intake.. i added a protein shake back in my diet. I actually started taking my vitamins like i should and I am actually working out.. so doing this on track thing, I believe, has really helped me get it together. Really.. I have lost 4 pounds this week so far.. I dont remember that last time I had a lost like that in a week.. It had to be way back in the begining of my journey. So do you all feel like this thread is helping you get it together.. are u seeing a difference in you daily routine.. are you doing a better job of meeting your goals everyday.. let me know..

Vitamins- yeap got her done
Water-- working on it
Food-
B- Protein shake--250
S- cheese --80
L- meat 3oz-- 200
D- Chicken with some veggies 3 oz 200
S- pretzels 100
820.. may eat a second piece of cheese to get it to 900.
Exercise- meeting with trainer today.. and cardio workout. Playing racketball tonight.
Goal- continue to stay on track and complete all the goals I set for myself today.
Good job Carla! You're doing so good going to the gym! Racketball? I'm totally impressed! I wish I had a workout buddy like you!
I personally love this thread! I came here today hoping you had posted because I know it helps set my mind "right" for the day. It really helps me to have a plan of action for the day and it helps me stick to it! Thank you for doing this! I know there are only a few of us that consistently post to this thread but I do find it helpful! Come on people, join us!!!
Vitamins and water: no problems
Food:
B--1/2 slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter, Danon Light & Fit yogurt
L--1/2 tuna sandwich with 1/2 an apple
S--protein bar
D--will be making pork chops and green beans, will probably have a couple bites of au gratin potatoes I'll make for the rest of the family
S--after gym, will have sugar free pudding cup and south beach cookie pack
Exercise: I ran on the treadmill yesterday and today my knee is kind of sore. I'm hoping it will be better by tonight because I'm taking a 60-minute Spin class. Love that class!
Goal: stay out of the cupboards and no grazing! I did soooooo good yesterday so I'm hoping to keep on track for today too!

Well It helps me.... You got me motivated again. I went to the gym today and did 5 miles on the bike in 35 min and I made an apt with my personal trainer for tomorrow 1 hr of hell...LOL
B=coffee
L=cheese and pepperoni , like pizza but no crust about ½ C
S= pork rinds and a few nuts a handful
D= some type of fi****hink with salad
S= s/f pudding with strawberries
