On Track Team
Well my little angelette made it through surgery with flying colors and slept most of the day so all news is good.. Now back to getting on track.. are we ready.. how you doing today.. getting everything done.. lets sound off..
Vitamins- done
Food
B- Protein shake 250
S- 1 1/2 oz cheese 150
L- chicken breast 150
D- 3 oz of meat 200
S- pretzels.. i have given in to it... 100
850 calories
Water- working on it as we speak
Exercise- today is the off day of the gym but I will work on stuff at home
Goal- To have a good day at work... its another busy day so I will be out and about. Very stressful because I gotta drive into Los Angeles and the traffic really sucks..

Vitamins and water: no problems
Exercise: took a 60 minute Spin class last night. This morning I'm heading to the gym for 30 minutes on the elliptical and I might try jogging for a bit on the treadmill.
Food:
B--1/2 slice whole wheat toast with 1 tbsp peanut butter, light & fit yogurt
L--1/2 a tuna sandwich, apple
S--protein bar
D--leftover lasagna (whole wheat noodles and ground turkey), salad
S--will have south beach cookies during American Idol!
Goal:
I'm REALLY struggling with having the munchies lately! It doesn't help that it's that time of the month either. I'm finding it hard to be a stay at home Mom because I'm here with full kitchen access all day! Today my plan is to clean all the cupboards out ... my kids don't need any junk either. I need to be a better example to them! But any little thing that is edible is fair game in my head right now. I'm really having issues with grazing on things that I don't need to eat, and that I really don't want either. I just want to eat! Why?! I hate that!!!
So, my goal is to clean out the cupboards and attempt NO GRAZING today!

that sounds like a wonderful goal.. I have been doing the same thing myself. My kids have been pretty skinny until recently.. for some reason my boys have gotten chunky so I have been cracking down on what they eat. I refuse to buy any junk food for them so they are suffering.. well not really.. my one son tells me he wants to only eat protein like me and than eats a piece of cake.. when will he learn..lol... cake is not protein..lol... but u gotta love him.
I know u can make your goal of not grazing today... i see it..

well I had...
B= tofu eggs with beans and cheese (about 1/2C)
L =was 1/2 grilled chicken wrap minus the wrap and the sauce...LOL with 1 handful of protein chips
S= the rest of the wrap minus the above and a few nuts
D= chicken (baked wings left over from super bowl) might have salad? dont know
no excercise today, hurting from yesterday...LOL
did get new gym clothes from TJ max and going to gym tomorrow

whoo hoo gonna be looking stylish... I did the same thing.. got myself little outfits to wear to the gym.. I am turning into such a clothes ho I cant stand myself. sounds like a good menu today.
