It's the start of a new week.. the super bowl is over and its time to get back on track.. are we ready... Vits- done Food- B- protein shake 250 S- Oatmeal 150 L- Chicken soup 150 D- Meat and veggies 200 S- pretzels 100 Water-- getting it in Exercise- meeting with trainer today and class tonight i wanna go to.. Goal-- to get back to my exercise routine.. kids have been sick so I havent been able to go for the past few days.

Whew, I am glad it's Monday and time to get back on track! I had a battle with some pretzels yesterday and they won! Ha, ha! I also ate half a piece of pizza and a few bites of low fat frozen yogurt. My stomach was churning yesterday from all the crud I ate! Today is a new day! Vitamins and water: no problems Food: B--3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk L--half a ham and cheese sandwich, apple S--protein bar D--lasagna made with whole wheat noodles and ground turkey, salad S--south beach cookies and a pudding cup Exercise: I have a Spin class tonight and I'm looking forward to sweating my butt off!!! What is it with pretzels.. its not like they have a lot of taste to them.. i just like the crunch affect and i can just play with them forever in my mouth.. it's very satisfying for me.. All right than.. a new day.. lets do it.. that spin class is so much fun but man does it kick my butt.. hope to finally get to do that step class tonight.. havent been able to because of sick kids the past few days...

Well Carla you got my butt back in the gym. I did 30min cardio 30 strength including 90 situps...whoo hooo. if I am really brave I might try kick boxing in the morning... I am drinking plenty of fluids had the insides of a grilled chicken wrap and small salad l/f dressing s. pork rinds D. ? not sure prob chicken

Good for u.. 90 situps.. wow.. u gonna be sore later..lol.. at least I would be. Chicken is good. I love chicken... so someone has to tell me what the pork rind thing is.. are they good for us or something.. I see people post all the time they ate pork rinds.. i thought they were fat that is fried.. not that I know, but thats what i thought.. I do love them.. are they good for us to eat.. i can see it now.. i will be addicted to them next..lol

http://store.bariatriceating.com/index.html they sell Microwave pork rinds that are yummy , very high in protein and help me keep away from the carbs. They recipes you can find on that site is amazing as well. She also sells vitamins designed for us. I had a pretty severe crash about a week ago (out of the blue) and was very low on vitamin K, iron, B12 (even though I give myself an injection every mth) The vista vitamins have it all and I learned that I was not getting a high enough dose and that's why I got sick and "crashed". Sorry more info than you wanted...LOL And you bet I'm going to be sore!

sorry to hear you are not feeling well.. my whole family is sick right now.. i am hiding to keep from getting it... hey.. get that lunch in u.. dont want to slow down that metabolism.. do u.. seems a little low on the calories.. get those vitamins in.. maybe that will help and drink drink drink...
