Me too I have to blankets on the bed and the heat up sky high. My poor husband suffers so bad. I was wondering if it was a iron issue. Tierra

EVERYONE goes through this.. we are all colder.. I have heard tons of reasons for this.. we are loosing our padding, our bodies thermostat is off from the weight loss, etc.. I just know we are all freezing right now.. so just cover up.. we will all get through it.. lol... and I dont think it has anything to do with iron.. just the rapid weight loss we are going through..

I think I'm getting better. About a week ago, I adjusted the thermostat for nighttime temps back to my pre-surgery temps. So maybe over time, we will all get used to not having all the insulation. Diane

Yep, Freezing to death here in the South!!! Who would have thought it?? I sleep with flannel sheets, comforter, electric blanket & then two more on top to weight the covers down!! My poor hubby!! I am even wearing my 11 yr old sons thermals now!! I never use to wear a coat but now I must have a coat, gloves, hat etc... if I even "think" about going outside!!! My most sincere sympathies go out to the people living in the colder climates!! I will never leave the South now!! hehe. ~Missy~

I got a -32'F down sleeping bag to sit in, zip up and watch tv with my family so that I am not shivering while they are enjoying the thermostat at a frigid 71'F. I can not get warm. I have a electric blanket on my side of the bed, cranked to 7 to get through the night. and I am wearing two sweaters and a coat when I go out in anything below 68'F. no one believed me, but my frozen hands up under their shirts convinced them that I am really cold.

My body aches it is so cold here and i keep mumbling "why's it so freakin' cold" my kids think they are living in the old people's home. I have the car set to 87 it's downright balmy in there at times but i can't stand being cold. Put on a sweater and one more pair of socks and carry on. i carry a cardigan no matter where i go (i really AM an old person) Hugs, ANDI
