On Track Team
Ok with super bowl sunday here.. we need to be accountable for our actions today. I wont be watching the superbowl but I know many of you will be. So are we staying on track today.. I am making my famous all day spagetti.. yes it take all day.. yikes.. and it is full of lots of goood stuff.. hmm mm..
Vitamins- done
Food-
B- Eggs and cheese 200 cal
L- Chicken salad 200 cal
D- Spagetti sauce and veggies 300 cal.
S- pretzels.. might as well put it down.. 100 cals
Water-- doing good so far
Exercise- kids still sick so I will do some things at home.. situps, leg lifts .. yeah..
Goal- get back to the gym tommorrow so I can get back on track with my exercising..
