On Track Team
Good morning all. It's the weekend and real life keeps seems to jump in and I dont see you all as much.. but we still need to stay on track.. so if you get on.. put it down.. have a great day.
vits- Opps.. rarely take my iron.. yesterday the doc said my iron was 20.. barely above normal.. yikes.. so I took my iron pill and I will continue to take it each day... so vits are done.. including iron..
Food
B- oatmeal
L- 3 oz chicken
D- 3 oz of meat with some veggies
I know its not enough... I will work on some more through out the day.
Water-- no problem
Exercise-- my whole family is sick so I wont be doing much of that... doing the mom thing...lol
Goal- To get my iron in each day so I can get my iron out of the basement..

Vitamins and water: no problems
Food: I made a 1 egg omlett this morning and it was tasty! Weekends are hard for me because I tend to get that urge to graze. But I have my menu planned out and I'm hoping to stick to it!
Exercise: I ran for 30 minutes straight at the gym last night! Woo hoo! My butt is killing me this morning but it feels good to know I worked hard. I'm taking today off and tomorrow I plan on finding a school with a track and I'm going to run the track.
Goal: NOT to graze today or tomorrow!

Can I join your On Track Team!! I need the accountability. I had surgery May 2, 2006. I am down 70 pounds. I seem to be stuck in this rut. I gain a pound or 2 then lose a pound or 2. I am trying to stay focused because I am in a wedding the end of Feb. The 24th to be exact. Well I am having a problem with grazing. Some days more then others. Not really anyone to talk to so I thought I would try here. Thanks and If I can't join It was nice talking to you.
I feel like I am totally off track:
B: hard boiled egg
S: 20 oz tea
S: cracker and cream cheese, salmon and salad sample
L: gawd awful amount of iced animal crackers
L: four bites of pbj on whole wheat, TINY oatmeal cookie (less than 1" in diameter)
L: gawd awful amount of iced animal crackers
D: bite of hamburger with gravy, 1 oz of pork chop,
1 vitamin
S: 20 oz tea
S: handful of banana chips
I feel like I just ate all day long, I must cut out the carbs tomorrow.
