So how are we doing at staying on track.. Is this helping. here we go Vits-- done Food-- B-oatmeal and half banana 200 cal L- piece of chicken 3 oz 150 cal D- 3oz meat and veggies- 200 cal S- protein shake -250 cal total 800 calories.. may need to add a piece of cheese to bring that up to 900... Water-- doing good Exercise- doing a spin class and work out this morning... Goal-- to follow my diet today and get my protein shake in

Vitamins: not a problem for me, I spread them all out during the day Water: well under way, not a problem for me either Food: so far so good; I'm going to lunch at a buffet type restaurant with my Dad and sister ... my goal is to get a small salad from the salad bar and then a piece of chicken from the buffet that I can chop up and put on my salad. Wish me luck! Exercise: planning on running for 30 minutes tonight at the gym Goal: same goal as I stated under "food" Hurray for Friday! Deanna

Vits done!! woo hoo!! Food: bad bad girl today!! PMSing!!!& I am crazy hungry!! It is Friday-payday!!Going to grocery store tomorrow-will plan better! B-piece of wheat toast w/pb cheese stick w/4 whole wheat ritz crackers S-100 cal snack pack L-Taco soup w/small piece cornbread cheesestick 4 more wheat ritz crackers S-1 bag sun chips D-not sure yet! water-34.5oz so far. 10oz coffee w/splenda & sf davinci vanilla I will ride my stationary bike tonight while we watch a movie! I promise Goal-to get through the weekend without dumping!!hehe

no no no Missy Ann is not a BAD GIRL she may have made poor food choices but Missy Ann is good, on the whole she is a giving woman who loves her family, friends and herself. She tries to make good choices in a world that is chock full of very bad food choices. She got in some exercise and her vitamins and is trying to get in her fluids. On a whole i'm proud of her and I hope she continues to make good food choices. Hugs, ANDI
