On Track Team
Ok everyone.. the board is kind of moving slow the last couple of days so lets kick it up a notch.. Lets get back on track... ready
Vits- done
Water- working on it.. hope to get more in than yesterday.
Food- Got my menu planned out.. now I gotta stick to it.
Exercise- doing a step plus abs class tonight so that will be done..
Goal- Take some time for me today.. been busy last couple of days with everyone else..
Vitamins - a.m. vitamins in
fluids - 12 in so far but will soon have my unsweetened decaf tea
Exercise - gym bag in the car I've been only once this week but I am going today and tomorrow so I plan to make my goal of 3 days at 45 minutes each.
Food - atkins protein bar for breakfast (19g) cottage cheese and fruit double for lunch, atkins crunch bar for snack, and I'm thinking about chicken casserole for dinner, but we'll see
Goal - Exercise today and stick to my food plan

Food- B-scrambled egg w/cheese,wheat toast w/can't believe butter
s-cheese stick 5 wheat ritz crackers
l-taco soup/cornbread Bad I know but I love it.
s-protein smoothie
d-I don't know-going to support group then to Ruby Tuesdays so prob a salad.
Exercise-none for me as I have a hernia & waiting for ct scan to see what it involves.
-I have continued to ride my stationary bike most days but not today due to support group meeting.
Goal-Be more mentally active today & smile more!!
OK, I am having a really weird problem today! I cannot hardly eat! Yesterday I had to fast for half of the day in order to do my blood work. When I got home, everything I ate didn't sit well or made me feel yucky so my schedule for yesterday was all "off." Today I thought I would just get up and start all over again and have a normal day. Wrong! It's like ever since I fasted, my body doesn't want to eat anything. I take a bite of something and I feel like it doesn't want to go down or stay down. My stomach feels awful and now I feel like I dumped on something but I hardly ate anything! How weird is that!
Anyway, my day is once again messed up! Maybe tomorrow will be better!

Food - I am a freak and have been eating like a horse
b-1 packet weight control oatmeal
s- 1 slice of toast with butter and 2 scrambled eggs
s- I small cran/nut scone
L- 1 lite and fit yogurt cup with rasins and granola, 1 bite of potatoe, 1 slice of toast with no sugar peanut butter
and 1 medium s/f latte, 2 cups of coffee ( throughout day)
s- 2 small s/f oatmeal raisin cookies
hello - I think Im losing the carb "control" thing today........
Exercise - did my 30 minutesof cardio and circuit training per my trainer, so at least thats a good thing!
