WDYE today
Well I have had such a busy day and the food at that cafe sucked so I dont think I got all i should of got in.. here it goes.
B- oatmeal and half banana.. 200 calories
L- Some roast.. really dry.. 100 calories
D- Tri tip and peas.. 3 oz... 200 calories..
water..not good.. only one 20 oz bottle need to work on that tonight..
total in 500 calories.. yikes.. back to my old habits I would say...
I have had a REALLY weird day! I had my almost 9 month post-op visit with my surgeon and dietician today and they needed fasting lab work. But my appointment wasn't until nearly Noon so I didn't eat all morning!
So, this is what I've had so far:
B: nothing
L: 4 whole wheat Ritz crackers with peanut butter that thank goodness I packed to take with me since I was in a hurry and didn't have time to stop for lunch!
S: half a slice of banana bread (eeks!)
D: Not a clue! I have NOTHING to make since we don't get paid until tomorrow. I really don't know what I'm going to do! Ugh!
Talk about a messed up day! Tomorrow I am doing some major grocery shopping and will have a normal eating day, hopefully!

okay, I TRIED to eat like 'ya'll" and there is just no way! I puked 15 minutes after each meal. that was not a good way to go.
so I have to smile at 'ya'll' and say, you go girrrrls and keep eating like I have been.
today I had a great day:
B: 3 oz cottage cheese, 1 oz blueberries
L: 6 oz wendy's chili
D: 2 oz black beans, 1 oz chicken, 1 tsp avocado, 1/2 tsp sour cream, 1/4 oz shredded cheese
