today was a mileston...
today was a milestone day! my 9 month surgery anniversary is february 2nd, and today i hit the -100 lb mark since surgery day. 304 to 204. from beginning to now is 330 to 204, -126 lbs. Six more lbs down and I will weigh exactly 60% of where I began. strange days indeed. strange and wonderful. 198 will be great!!!
pants tight 54 to loose 38
shirt 4X to L
shoes 10.5 to 9.5
ring 12.5 to 10.5
everything has shrunk except the Tallywhacker. Bonus Time! sorry if that's TMI.
but if you ladies can talk about PMS and bra sizes, I can fill you in on the male end of things, so to speak.
anyway, thanks for all the support. I'm glad we have this place to come and hang out with likeminded folks walking the same path.
I'm off to pick up a suit that my father-in-law bought me as a congratulations gift. I've had to buy whole new wardrobe except for socks and shoes.
we've talked "at length" about all this on the men's board...
for every 30 lbs lost, one can expect to gain about 1/2 an inch of "usable length". I can attest to this. 126 divided by 30 = 4.2 X .5 = 2.1 all I can say is
I'm surprised the surgeons don't advertise this to increase the number of their male clientele!
