WDYE today
Ruth is having pc problems so I am filling in for her.. so what did we all eat today.. roll call..
B-- oatmeal and half a banana.. 200 calories
S-- 1 oz of cheese 70 calories
L-- 3oz of chicken with cheese on it and two bites of green beans.. 300 calories
D- Plan to have some chicken in a salad.. need my ruffage..lol.. 250 calories i presume..
Total for the day750.. hmm.. may need to eat some more to get up to 900 which is what my trainier is asking me to eat.. hard for me sometimes to get that much in. I may have a smoothie instead of the salad.. same calories for that but lots of protein in it. I could have pretzels..lol.. like i never want them.. guess we will see..
Hi Carla, you lucky duck! I wish I could eat that little and not pass out at the gym! Seriously, one night after Spin class I almost passed out ... thank goodness my husband caught my arm and directed me to sit down!
Here's my day:
B: 1/2 a whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter
S: 1 slice Kraft cheese single and 4 whole wheat Ritz crackers
L: 1.5 oz. tuna mixed with mayo, relish, and onion on 1 slice whole wheat toast with half a slice of cheese, couple bites of apple
S: South Beach high protein cereal bar and a string cheese
D: will be a ground turkey patty with cheese on top, some green beans
S: planning on a "no sugar added" pudding cup and a pack of South Beach cookies after my Spin class tonight
Total calories: 1098 (My dietician recommends 1200-1400 calories based on my body fat % and high activity level at the gym).

my trainer is mean.. she makes me work and work.. and sweat... I guess thats good.. she says I dont pay her to be nice.. i pay her to get her in shape..lol.. well I didnt do the step class tonight... I didnt eat enough and at dinner I ate to fast trying to get out to the gym. I had a tummy ache.. she wanted me to drink a shake but that made me sicker so I passed on the class.. I felt kind of shakey so it was better i didnt do it.. oh well.. tommorrow..
Not a great day.
B - 8 oz decaf coffee w/ splenda
L - 10:30 3/4 cup of crab stew and 5 lowfat ritz crackers (approx 15g protein)
S - 2 Reese's Cups over about and hour period (bad bad bad)
D - More crab stew no ritz crackers this time (15g)
I had several handfuls of chex mix throughout the afternoon ugh!
BUT I DID GET IN A LITTLE MORE THAN 64 oz of water today :D :D and I did the treadmill for 40 minutes at 3.2 mph and on a 1.5 incline at the gym today.
